Suite Error upgrading/installing at customer entry part
 

hi guys...So.....just changed to a new machine...no matter if i try new install..or upgrade...when i go to domain/forum/install/upgrade.php it presents me with the enter customer number stage.......no matter what browers i try......install or upgrade...when i typr in my number and hit enter upgrade system...it just refreshes the page.......so wnt go forther...any ideas?
