Forum Increasing post count, without posts in search?
 

New members (COPPA group) have posts moderated until deemed valid and promote them to the Junior Member group.

Moderators take care of validating COPPA posts, and I regularly check the COPPA group for members with several posts to evaluate if they need promoting.

I have a couple of COPPA members that have post counts, but when I search for posts by those members, the search comes up empty.

One in particular keeps increasing in post count daily, but still no posts to be found.
There are on outstanding posts in Moderation.

With another that has a post count and no search results, I stumbled across an approved post by the member in a forum, so the post count was correct.

I have rebuilt post counts and search index, to no avail.

Any thoughts on what is happening (or not happening)?
