Blank Theme?
 

Hello,

I wanted to post in the vBulletin 4.0 Questions forums, but I'm not allowed to post there.

I'm designing a theme for a client of mine. And I was wondering, is there a blank layout with no styling available? Theres all this CSS for the default theme and I'm not sure which I would remove and which I would keep.
