CMS Upgrade to 4.03: Advertising broken
 

Yesterday I upgraded from VBulletin 4.02 to 4.03.
The process went smoothly except for one minor thing; I use the 'Blue and Gold' theme which was made available on these forums and it said some templates needed updating. Fair enough, I went through and could not see any differences between the default template and the Blue & Gold one - even in the 'ad_' template which said was the problem.
(Both appeared to be empty which seems fine since I don't use ads. Yet).

My forums want use ad banners to promote up and coming events; link them to CMS stories. I clicked on 'advertising -> Manage Ads -> Add new Ad' in the admincp and all that appears in a blank screen which uses the background image of the top admincp frame.
