Forum Installation troubleshooting
 

Okay I just purchased the vbulletin forum 4.0.3 I was able to get the configuration file figured out or at least I think I got it right but I have ran into a problem. After I copied all the upload/ files to a new folder on server I named Forums. The next step was to go to my site.com/forums/install/install.php but my browsers can't find it. I tried many different combinations of file paths that it could be in I even duplicated the entire "forums" folder and put it in many different directories.

Can anyone give me hint on what might be causing this and what I can do to troubleshoot it?
