Blog Blog problem..
 

Hi,
im sorry if this has been posted before, I have tried searching for it.

Is it possible to restrict who can blog on the site? Ideally I want all blogs to have been written by admin. Also id like to remove the "post blog" button that appears on the top right of the page.
