CMS Xbox-Like Achievement System and/or Leveling System
 

I work on a website for my friend, it is a gaming website. He recently asked if there was a way to implement an achievement system and a leveling system.

It seems like a difficult task, so I wanted to ask if anyone had any thoughts on this, any at all.
