Kind of a pre-sales question...

My legacy 3.x.x maintenance contract expires in a week's time. Does the new licensing system allow us to keep downloading plugins from vb.org afterwards if we don't upgrade to a VB4 lifetime license? All plugins? Only VB3.x.x plugins?
