CMS White space problem or normal?
 

It was brought to my attention that users had issues with the quotes and the white space involved with it in IE. I ran a search here and through helpful members I was able to resolve that issue. I have another question.

The white space below the message body and above the user signature, can this be made smaller? I was wondering if there was a section I could alter the margin, or something of that nature like the quote issue, to reduce the amount of white space.
