Forum is there any possible way to turn back to 3.8

i have been running vb4 for while now and i have no more back up's from 3.8.
as far as i know theres no possible way to down grade.

i have came up with one idea, and thats moving to IP.Boards then moving back
to vbulletin again, would that work at all?
