attachment thumnail problem
 

my fellow administrator switched off thumbnail view for some reasons . now i want to enable thumbnail view again but it's not working i did enabled attachment manager then from vbulletin options > message attachment options >Thumbnail Creation = yes , Thumbnail Size = 150 i tried with 100 as well. then Maintenance -> Update Counters -> Rebuild Attachment Thumbnails. and it took like 2 hours as i have like 4GB of attachments but after all the process i still can't view thumbnails . as for as the from server side setting , i have another forum hosted on same server and it's attachment thumbnails are working fine ..


any help please ?
