Reported post from one user only going by email instead of to the specified forum
 

We have all reported posts going to a specified reported posts forum.

But the reported posts from one user goes by email to all the moderators.

She is an ordinary member and not a member of any unusual group. Other members in that group report posts and they go as normal to the forum.

Any ideas?
