Forum Signature Image Problems
 

I have my parameters for the signature images setup correctly for specific user groups, but I have users that are able to post pics much larger in px and kb than I have specified in their user group.

Anyone know what it may be? I searched around here, but I didn't come up with anyone having the same issue.
