Suite Joomla + vBulletin 3.8.x upgrade
 

I currently have a site with a lot of content in Joomla as the CMS in www.sitename.com/ and vBulletin 3.8.x in www.sitename.com/forums. I have already purchased and would like to upgrade to vBulletin 4.x suite (CMS + forum).

Any suggestions as to how I should go about this without killing the existing content links in Joomla?

I'm not clear on the folders that the vBulletin CMS and forums are installed into. Are they the same or different?

Any suggestions or guidance will be greatly appreciated.
