Forum 4.0.3 Bugs - Blackout titles & Admin Post Editing
 

I'm running 4.0.3 and I have two main issues:

- Whenever posting a new thread or even new registrations... as soon as you click the box to type, it blacks out therefore you cannot see what you're typing until you click out of the box.

- Admin editing shows up even though I clearly have it to "No" to show up. I have double-checked it numerous times.

Any help and/or suggestions would be great!
