When post often I get stuck for some seconds
 

I'll try to explain in better words, if I can.

I'm running the 3.7.3 vbulletin version here www.bodyweb.com/forums 6.000.000 posts , this may explain....

When I (admin) or other user or even moderators post in a thread happen that the page kind of freeze and wait for something, just right after you submit the post.
The forum (or server) wait some seconds, sometime 3-4 some other time 10-20 secs and more before it reload the correct pages, what can it be?

(Hint : While I wait for the page to change, if I check in another browser page the post has already been submitted)
