I don't know what to do any more. I asked about this about a week ago, and my topic was locked. However, I'm at wits' end as to what to do to get my problem resolved. I logged a ticket nearly 2 weeks ago already to migrate from IPB 3 to VB4 (I have problems with the migration) and I've not had no attention given to this ticket at all. In the previous post that I made, that was locked, it was suggested that I make a reply to the ticket, which would nudge the agent that's responsible for the ticket. I've now made a total of 9 replies to the ticket, excluding the first one) and still the only response I've had was a developer asking me if I still have the problem, and then nothing again. What are my options? How can I escalate this ticket to get some attention to it? It's seriously unacceptable that I get this little response for this ticket. Who can I contact to escalate this ticket? |
