CMS Problem with my CMS
 

I am having a big problem with my CMS on a fresh install. Whenever someone tries to go to the CMS, it won't let them view it. (It prompts them to login, and then says they don't have permission to view the page after they have logged in). The CMS is only viewable by me (the administrator), but won't let me publish any content (I publish the content, and it shows up as not published).
