Forum Already Updated but want to Migrate, how easy to move forum info over?
 

Hi Guys,

I have already upgraded and while I configured the theme and got it looking nice I used a copy of the original database.

Now I want to go live I just wondered how I would go about just copying the posts, threads, PM's and new members etc across that have been posted in the time from when I took the database backup?
