Forum Adding image to message does not work for registered users.
 

When hitting the "add image" button logged in as a registered user, I only get the choice of uploading from an url.

When hitting the "add image" button logged in as an administrator, I get the choice of uploading from my local pc and uploading from an url.

I has to be some kind of difference in the usergroup setting or similar, but I can't figure it out.

Please help :)
