CMS RSS Feed does not validate.
 

Unfortunately my RSS Feed will not validate (http://validator.w3.org/feed/) and I get the following message

This feed does not validate.

• line 66, column 29: XML parsing error: :66:29: not well-formed (invalid token) [help]

• Feeds should not be served with the "text/html" media type [help]

I have tried changing the encoding within rssfeed.php, but this has no effect whatever.
