Allowed to use Testing Domain and then Transfer?
 

Hi all. If I purchase vbulletin am I allowed (according to the license and capabilities of the software) to configure a fully functional forum on a test domain, and then at a later date move it to a different domain intended for public use (thus removing the forum on the test domain)? If so, can I do this while maintaining all of the data (including customizations and database data) and only changing the domain?

Finally, how is this achieved? Do I just simply edit values in the database tables, or will I have to resintall (and would that break 3rd party customizations)?
