Please help, locked out and I'm an admin
 

This is embarrassing, somehow I have managed to lock myself out of the admin console, I'm also locked out of the forums as well. When I try to log in, I get the message that I have to wait for 15 minutes before I can log in again. It says that someone else tried to log in to my account. I've reset my password and still can't get in. Is there an override to this, or do I have to wait for 15 minutes? Thanks.
