Posts with URLs are going into moderation, and I can't find the option to control it
 

Certain users who make posts with a URL in them are finding their posts moderated. I see there are extensions for this behaviour, but I don't believe we're running any (I inherited the forum, rather than setting it up from scratch myself).

Is there somewhere in vBulletin 3.8 where this is set, that I can check?
