Forum Change title tag for each blog
 

I would like to customize the title tag for blogs. Specifically I want to drop the forum title and the word "blog" from the title tags, and insert the blog user name.

The desired title tag would be:

post name - user name

Is there a way I can modify the template to do this? I do not want to change anything with forum pages.
