program to work with the themes for Symbian 9x

possibilities:

- Change color of text in themes

- Rename themes

- Removal order

- Repacking mif

- Unpacking and packing mif

- Conversion of images in svg and mif

Updated:

- A little over conjured editor mif files, added a couple of hot keys, and, like, removed bug speeding from version 2.2;

- Rewrote faylmen, added filtration system as in PowLite_fm from Atrant; recall, if you do not like it, you can remove it, is on the path \ system \ apps \ ced \ ced_fm.pyc and then will be used PowLite_fm;

- Deleted from this package are three palettes, I think they were unnecessary;

- A language so far only Russian;

- Something they have altered, no longer remember;

قبل التثبيت قم بإزالة مجلدات النسخة السابقة من المجلد : \ system \ apps \ ced \

قم بنقل ملف cfileman بعد فك الضغط عنه إلى المسار : C \ sys \ bin
