Forum I screwed something up. Can anyone help me? Forum Folders not working right?
 

Someone set up vB on my site for me a long time ago but there were a network of folders including forums, vbforums, forums_old. I was trying to clean that up today and seemingly messed something up and can't get it to work. I was using Filezilla to make the changes.

I renamed the folder forum_old to forum_oldest.
I renamed the folder vbforums to forum_older.

I was going to see if the renames messed anything up so that I could then delete the old directories.

Note there was some sort of redirect in place so that when you clicked on vbforums, it went directly to "forum".

However, the folder "Forum" didn't show up unless you clicked on vbforums. Otherwise, it didn't normally show in the list of folders.

Anyway, I tried renaming the folders back to what they use to be and it doesn't work. I keep getting 404 or forbidden errors.

Can anyone help me? I have limited experience in some of this stuff so any advise would be helpful.
