CMS Frustration with selecting only certain sections to show I'm trying to set up my CMS home page so that only articles posted within certain sections appear on the front page. I'm wanting to use articles for a range of items - information posts, guides, etc. And I want to use my home page for news items. I only want certain aticles (news) to appear on the front page, none of the other items. I created sections, but my first problem is I can't create a new top level section. Everything is falling under the "Latest News" section which doesn't seem right to me. The second problem I am facing, is when I edit the latest news page and try to select only Latest News > News Articles and sub-sections, it's not saving. Attachment 45385 I want articles from ONLY those three sections to appear on the front page. But I can't get it to work. Doesn't matter what other sections I post articles to, the front page is displaying them ALL. I tried to follow the guide found here: http://www.vbulletinguru.com/2010/static-pages/ to create a second top level section, but it only lets me edit the main one. I also can't get a section to NOT show on the section menu that comes with the CMS which is annoying as I don't want every section listed there. Am I doing something wrong? Attached Images
