Forum How did this person become a registered user.
 

I moved a member temporarily from the awaiting moderation to the awaiting email confirmation section because I wanted to look up more information on this potential member before letting them in and so I would not confuse him with the other members I was approving.

Now he shows up as a regular member. I did check and see if he was in awaiting e-mail confirmation.

How did he go from awaiting email confirmation to registered member?
