Hello Vbulletin.

I hold a license my self and have done so for 3 years now.
ATM im integrating a forum at work and have been waiting for the license information.

My coworker that bought the license registered it with a wrong email adress.

I have provided card information that is registered to the company im emailing from and been trying to get the license information since Monday the 7 of may.

Contact with support started the 17 of may.

Money has been charged to the credit card almost 3 weeks ago and I would really like to get a hold of the license now. It´s making me look very bad that vbulleting cant handle such a problem.

Making this thread since I have not had a reply to my mail of the 18 and the reminder email of the 19.

Do we really have to widthdraw the money and buy a new license ?
