Forum CMS 'Recent Posts' Widget not linking correctly to the displayed post
 

My search-fu may have failed me, if it's been answered, please let me know! - but...

We have the "Recent Forum Posts" CMS Widget running on our site - everything seems to display correctly EXCEPT that the little blue double arrow link that's supposed to take you to the actual post, doesn't - it only goes to the start of the thread.

The end of the link reads like: /forum-thread-title#post12744728697 or somesuch.

Funny thing is, the Forum Blocks version works fine. Its link structure looks like: /forum-thread-title.php?188905#post188905

Not sure why we're seeing what we're seeing. I did note from a forum search here, that there's mention of a newer (more efficient?) Widget called "Forum Post" - I tried it but that one still only takes the user to the start of the thread (its link structure, different again) and not the actual post displayed by the CMS Widget!
