usergroup not allowed to view index page when signed in
 

I created a new usergroup for new members after they have recieved 1 post they get promoted to a new usergroup, however, when logged in it will not let them view the index page, but other pages inside the forum itself.

Not sure what is wrong. There doesnt seem to be a permission for the index page that I can find.
