CMS Setting up Categories question.
 

I have 3 questions.

1> Is it possible to index the list of categories in the order you desire and not just alphabetically?
2> Is is possible to split the display of categories up say with a blank line or a divider for cosmetic purposes?
3> When you have a category within a category; is it possible for the category that is within a category to not show up on the main category list until you select the parent category that it is held in?

I've been messing for an hour now and gone through 10 pages of searches on here and can't find any answers so please forgive me if this has been covered before.
