Forum Error when upgrading from 3.8.5 to 4.0.3 Patch Level 1.
 

Hello Guys,

Make a full backup of my server. Disabled all plugins, and after that I had uninstalled them 1 by 1, except blog and downloads (just disabled them, they where disabled via config.php and manually).

Uploaded all files to my server via FileZilla, when to forum/install/upgrade.php and got this error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function exec_header_redirect() in /var/www/forum/install/upgrademain.php on line 441
Any solutions on how to fix this please? I don't have such a big forum, 55.000 registered and mostly 50 users online.

Before upgrading made a backup of my style and switched back to the default style.. I don't know why is that problem comming out.
