Forum WYSIWYG editors missing for different users
 

Since our upgrade from 4.0.1 to 4.0.3 PL1, we have had a couple of reports of WYSIWYG editors missing completely for certain users. I personally have this issue in the CMS editor - the WYSIWYG editor simply does not display when creating or editing a CMS article for my account. If I log in as another user, however, it displays just fine. A couple of other users have reported this issue with the forum WYSIWYG as well. It's definitely not a problem with the styles because I have specifically checked the editors with separate accounts, and they work for everyone except for the scant few reporting issues. We've tried new computers and new browsers and even logging in as each other (which, by the way, proved that the issue was tied to our accounts specifically), and everything points to vBulletin. Could I maybe get some background on how the WYSIWYG is loaded and displayed by vBulletin based on the member so I can go about fixing this issue?
