Forum Want to remove extra "notices bar"
 

I have installed VB4.0.3 on a local test server. I will go live when a few issues are taken care of.

I seem to have 2 yellow bars or stripes for the notices (image attaced). The blank bar shown is always there no matter what I have tried. Any ideas would be appreciated.
