Import/Export Language encoding problem
 

So I exported my translated vB language.
the charset in the xml file is defined as ISO even though I put "UTF-8" in the language settings.

importing the language causes gibberish texts.

if i change the charset in the xml to UTF-8,
importing the language causes ?????? texts.

the translated language works properly in the "translation forum".
so now how am I suppose to install it in my live site? :confused:
