CMS Attachments missing after upgrade to 4.0.3
 

So I've just noticed that all my attachments for my CMS articles are totally buggered. They are either just missing, or they have the link to "Attachment 40578" and when you click it, the error states that file does not exist!!!

Anyone else experience this???
