Forum Style not showing correctly (w/example! :) )
 

I'm working on a test version of a 4.0 upgrade from vb3 and the default style shows up like this:

Checked paths, disabled hooks, etc. Ideas? I'm sure there's a big obvious answer that I'm overlooking! :)
