How to set Administrator cannot give GRP / BRP twice for one user?
 

hello... in my GRP / BRP rules, i already set to like this:

1. one day can only give to two other people
2. must recieved 25 reputation from different user, before can give the reputation again to the same user he/she already gave.

my problem is, why the administrator can give the reputation to one user couple times before recieved 25 reputation from different user? i want the administrator follow all the rules same as other regular member.

how to set it?
