Suite Having a hard time uploading to Cpanel.
 

I'm trying to upload vbulletin to my bluehost account and having some difficulty. First of all I'm using Filezilla to transfer the upload folder to my hosting account. However, nothing happens after I transfer the folder. Any ideas?
