Ajax related double posting issues

No third party addons?
Are you using any cacheing software: APC, MemCached, eAcclerator, etc?
What browser/OS are you using?
Can you ask your webhost if there are any php error logs or mod_security/suhosin error logs being triggered by your website?



I have 3.8.4 PL 2

No caching, no server error logs, all browsers, all O/S have reported the problem. I don't allow users to use the default style and I only experience a double post once per month myself so I can't tell you now if the default style will solve the problem. Have the following products installed:
