Rebuild Attachment Thumbnails issuesnot working correctly
 

I'm with issues in the option Rebuild Attachment Thumbnails.

All the time when I run it, I get this:

It stop in this.

I try to click in Refresh but it keep in this attachment 98143. It's not working correctly.

The problem started after a server change, but I'm using the same files and the same database.

I can't find the cause of the problem.
