Creating a wordpress plugin
 

I have been looking all around the internet on what is the best way to create a wordpress plugin. I know PHP/HTML/CSS, but I would like to learn how to make a wordpress plugin. I have been searching for this for like, a week now and without any result.

Does any of you have any good tips/guides on how to create a wordpress plugin?
