Forum HTML Character Set problem
 

I have a problem with the HTML Character Set:

My database is UTF-8
The imported language file is ISO-8859-1

When I put UTF-8 as HTML Character Set in the language file (General Settings)
all characters with accents are wrong displayed.

When I put ISO-8859-1 as HTML Character Set in the language file (General Settings)
all characters with accents from messages in the database are wrong displayed.

How can I resolve this problem?
