I am very close to having my first vB board go live. It is down to such things as setting-up subscription type, terms of service, board rules, etc.

OK, I know how to setup subscription types and add the corresponding description.

Where do you add or edit board rules and terms of service?

How do you make it so that someone signing-up has to accept the TOS or rules in order to be allowed to proceed?

How do you feed each type of subscription the appropriate TOS/Rules or whatever you need them to agree to?

I have a couple of subscription types that I want to setup such that they have to contact us for a quote on the cost of the subscription. How do you handle something like that?

How do you allow someone to subscribe but don't enable their membership until such time as a moderator approves it?

I know, lots of questions. Some of the above ought to be covered in the documentation but I can't seem to find it.
