How I Make "Females ONLY" Access Forum?
 

I have made two separate forums, 1 for Male, other other for female.

I'd like to allow access to the appropriate gender. For example, Males can't access the female forums and female can't access males section.

I saw this on another site and would like to know how I could do it to mine.
