CMS New Usergroup cannot access CMS page
 

I have made a new Usergroup. That basically is the same as the registered usergroup with access to using signatures. I setup the promotion to work after x amount of posts. But I am getting reports (and have tested myself) That members of this New usergroup loose the home button on their navbar. And get a message that they do not have permission to view this page, when viewing the CMS page. I cannot for the life of me find anywhere I set the permissions to the CMS page. Any Ideas?
