Forum WYSIWYG Editor Completely Gone For User
 

We recently upgraded from 4.0.1 to 4.0.3 PL1, and for one of my users, the WYSIWYG editor has completely vanished without a trace. I'm not sure why it won't load for him and I don't know how to help him from here. It's definitely on our end, because I've logged into his account from my computer and I see the same issue he reports. Any idea how to go about fixing this?
