Forum Navbar/Quicklinks gets cut off by start of forums (Possibly an IE issue)
 

This is probably more of a "you have to see it" question than me being able to describe it.

In the QUICK LINKS drop-down menu, the item marked "Other Soaps' Forums" should have a series of about nine different options. For whatever it gets cut off because the forum itself is "on top" of the menu when using Internet Explorer.

Is there a way to adjust the layering or CSS or something so that the quicklinks are always the top-most thing displaying?
